RETURNS & REFUND POLICIES

RETURNS POLICY

We are always happy to process returns providing the request is genuine and for the right reason. As an online seller we have a duty to accept returns in line with consumer legislation.

We do however reserve the right to refuse returns under the following conditions:

  • Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our products will be handled at our expense.
  • We cannot accept returns for any orders with any element of customisation to them as these goods are made to order at your request.
  • We cannot accept returns where a different model is required. You must ensure you order the correct model before you checkout.

If any goods you receive from us is misprinted/damaged/defective, we kindly ask that you submit a return request within three (3) days after the product has been received.

If a package has been lost in transit, please kindly submit your claim to us no later than three (3) days after the estimated delivery date.

When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you acknowledging receipt.

REASONS FOR RETURNS

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, incomplete or wrong, then the shipment will be returned to our facility.

If this happens, we politely ask you to accept that we cannot cover your return shipping cost to your correct address and these return costs must be bourne by you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned to our facility will require additional shipping costs to be resent to you again at a later date.

Returned by Customer - Before sending your return goods to us, please contact us and describe your problem and the reason for your return so that we can do everything we can to resolve your issue prior to the return.

WHAT TO DO IF THE GOODS ARRIVES DAMAGED

If your product is received damaged, within three (3) days of your product delivery date, please log in to your account and clicked return to fill up the return form. Please fill in the required information and upload an image of the damaged product and click the continue button to proceed.

To be eligible for a return, the goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we do require a receipt or proof of purchase (an order reference will suffice).

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7- 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced and sale items may be refunded, unfortunately free gift or reward items that come with purchase of regular priced or sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace goods if they are defective or damaged.
